Fotona
Two complementary wavelengths
Er:YAG 2940 nm is strongly absorbed by water and acts superficially with precise control of ablation depth. Nd:YAG 1064 nm penetrates deeply and heats the dermis. Combining both in one system lets you work from the epidermis to deeper tissue layers.
VSP pulse control
Variable Square Pulse technology allows precise shaping of pulse energy and duration. The same laser can thus act ablatively or purely thermally, depending on the selected mode and indication.
Fotona 4D and SMOOTH
The platform supports established Fotona protocols, including four-step 4D facial rejuvenation and the non-ablative SMOOTH mode based on thermal tissue stimulation. These are recognisable treatment brands that make your offer easier to communicate.

Questions & answers
Who can perform treatments with SP Dynamis?
Ablative, surgical and gynaecological procedures should be performed by an appropriately qualified physician. Some non-ablative procedures may be performed by trained staff under medical supervision, in line with applicable law and the manufacturer's IFU.
What is downtime like?
It depends on the mode: non-ablative procedures (e.g. SMOOTH) usually involve short, transient redness, while ablative resurfacing requires several days of healing. Details should be discussed with the patient during consultation.
What are the main contraindications?
Typical contraindications include pregnancy, active infection or inflammation in the treatment area, a fresh tan or self-tanner, photosensitising medication (e.g. isotretinoin), a tendency to keloid scarring and suspicious lesions at the treatment site. The full list is in the manufacturer's IFU – we recommend a consultation and a test spot before the first session.
Does Future Life provide training?
Yes. At installation we deliver hands-on training covering device operation, safety rules and the manufacturer's treatment protocols for the selected protocols. Participants receive a personal Future Life certificate, and new team members can be trained at a later date.
