Terms of Paid Services (subscriptions, AI Marketing Studio, booking system, partner packages)

These terms supplement the Future Life Website Terms and Conditions and set out the conditions of the paid electronic services provided by Future by Life sp. z o.o., ul. Jana Kazimierza 11A lok. 6, 71-620 Szczecin, KRS 0001199212, NIP 9552591446, e-mail: kontakt@futurebylife.pl (the “Company”). The services are intended for entrepreneurs and persons practising medical or cosmetology professions. Natural persons conducting a business, for whom the contract is not of a professional nature (entrepreneurs with consumer rights), are entitled to the rights set out in section 8.

1. Prices and payments

• All prices are net prices in euro; VAT is added at payment at the rate applicable to the buyer’s country and status (for EU businesses with a valid VAT number – the reverse-charge mechanism).
• Payments and subscriptions are handled by Stripe. By saving a card, you authorise the Company to collect recurring charges until the subscription is cancelled.
• Invoices: the document generated by Stripe is confirmation of payment; the Company issues a VAT invoice compliant with Polish regulations (including KSeF, where applicable) using the details provided at payment and sends it by e-mail. The buyer provides a correct NIP (tax identification number) and address.
• Failed payment: access to the service is suspended from the day of the failed payment; Stripe retries the payment for several days, after which the subscription expires. Suspension does not result in loss of data for a period of 90 days.

2. Renewal and cancellation

• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every month, and annual subscriptions every 12 months, until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time in your account (“Manage subscription” / Stripe portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; until then the service remains available and no new charges are made. Fees for a period already begun are not refunded, subject to section 8.
• A change to a higher plan is settled immediately, pro rata to the remaining period; a change to a lower plan takes effect from the next period (the difference is credited towards subsequent charges). The AI Marketing Studio limits in a given period correspond to the lowest plan held in that period.
• The Company may change prices with 30 days’ notice (by e-mail); the change applies from the first renewal after that date. If you do not agree, you may cancel without additional costs.

3. Future Life Community (Advanced and VIP plans, clinic packages)

• Access to the paid sections of the community requires an active subscription and positive verification of professional qualifications. Withdrawal of verification (e.g. loss of the right to practise) results in loss of access; the subscription is then cancelled at the end of the period without further charges.
• Advanced: €20 / month or €200 / year; VIP: €100 / month or €1,000 / year. The scope of each level is described on the Club page.
• Clinic package: 3–10 seats at a price of €17 (Advanced) or €85 (VIP) per seat per month. The package owner assigns seats to employees (e-mail address); each person must pass qualification verification. The number of seats is changed in the Stripe portal; a reduction takes effect from the next period.
• Referral programme: for each person who creates an account through your link, passes verification and pays for the first full subscription (without coupons and balance), you receive a €20 discount on your next own payment. The discount is not payable in cash; a refund of the referred person’s first payment cancels the discount. It is prohibited to refer yourself, to refer fictitious accounts, or to send the link in bulk without the recipients’ consent. Ambassadors settle on the basis of a separate agreement and disclose the collaboration in their publications.
• Community content (webinars, materials, recordings) is licensed for personal use within the practice of your profession; copying it and making it available outside the community is prohibited. The forum rules form an annex.

4. AI Marketing Studio

• Plans: Start €200, Pro €400, Premium €1,000 per month. The scope and limits (number of brands, strategies, texts, images and audits in a billing period) are described on the service page; unused limits do not carry over to the next period. Failed generations caused by the content of the brief (e.g. a request for a response in a different format) count towards the limit.
• The first strategy is free – one per person (Google account); its full content becomes available after purchasing a plan.
• Content is generated by artificial intelligence systems (model provider: Abacus.AI, Inc.) on the basis of the data you provide and the publicly available content of the websites you indicate. Each generated material is marked as produced with the help of AI (in exports and in image metadata). The materials may contain errors; before publication, check their accuracy and legal compliance – in particular with regulations on the advertising of medical devices, medicinal products and health services, and with the code of medical ethics. Forecasts (CPC, CPA, number of leads) are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee of results.
• The rights to the generated texts and images – to the extent they vest in the Company – pass to you upon generation, for use in the business of your brand. You are responsible for ensuring that the data you enter (brief, knowledge base, website addresses) does not infringe the rights of third parties and does not contain the data of patients or other natural persons without a legal basis.
• It is prohibited to generate content that is unlawful or contrary to the AI provider’s terms, including images depicting nudity, invasive procedures, minors, likenesses of real persons, and “before / after” comparisons. The system may reject such prompts; repeated violations entitle the Company to suspend the service.
• The service does not publish advertisements or manage advertising accounts on your behalf; you export and publish the materials yourself.

5. Online booking system for salons

• Plans: Solo €29, Studio €79, Clinic €149 per month; team, location and SMS limits are described on the service page. Each person’s first salon receives a 14-day free trial period without providing a card; if no plan is purchased after it ends, the booking page is hidden and the data is stored for 90 days.
• The salon owner is the controller of the data of their clients and team; the Company processes it on the owner’s behalf under the data processing agreement accepted when the salon is created. The owner is responsible for the legal basis of processing (including explicit consent for health data), for informing clients and for consents to marketing communication.
• E-mail reminders are included in the price; SMS messages are sent within the plan’s monthly limit only to numbers in supported countries (Poland by default). The Company does not guarantee delivery of SMS messages by operators.
• The Company is not a party to contracts between the salon and its clients, does not collect payments for visits and is not responsible for their performance. Client reviews are linked to completed visits (one review per visit); the salon may hide them but not edit them.
• Team accounts (administrator, specialist, renter) operate within the scope of permissions granted by the owner; a renter has access only to their own clients and calendar.

6. Partner packages

Packages for manufacturers and distributors (Partner, Professional Partner, Strategic Partner) are settled on the basis of an individual agreement and invoice. Partners’ publications in the community are labelled as advertising material; partners have no access to the directory of specialists or to expert discussions.

7. Service availability, changes and liability

• The Company ensures service availability at a level of 99% on a monthly basis, excluding scheduled maintenance work (announced 24 hours in advance) and failures on the side of providers (Stripe, the AI provider, SMS operators).
• The Company may develop and change the functions of the services; it informs of changes restricting significant functions 30 days in advance, which entitles you to cancel without additional costs.
• The Company’s liability towards entrepreneurs is limited to actual damage and to the amount of the fees paid for the service in the last 12 months; the limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or to the rights of entrepreneurs with consumer rights.
• The Company may suspend or terminate the contract with immediate effect in the event of a violation of the law, the Terms, third-party rights, or attempts to circumvent security measures and limits.

8. Withdrawal from the contract, complaints

• An entrepreneur with consumer rights may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason, by submitting a statement by e-mail to kontakt@futurebylife.pl (a template form is available on the “Complaints and returns” page).
• The services are digital services provided immediately after payment. If, before payment, you requested that performance begin before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal (a statement ticked before proceeding to payment), the right of withdrawal does not apply (Art. 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). In the case of services provided over time (subscriptions) without such a statement, upon withdrawal you will pay proportionally for the performance rendered up to the moment of withdrawal.
• Complaints: by e-mail to kontakt@futurebylife.pl; we respond within 14 days. Entrepreneurs with consumer rights are entitled to the rights arising from non-conformity of a digital service with the contract (Chapter 5b of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
• Disputes: the court competent for entrepreneurs is the court of the Company’s registered office; entrepreneurs with consumer rights may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods (the ODR platform, consumer ombudsmen, the Trade Inspection).

9. AI transparency and communication

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act), we inform you that the AI Marketing Studio uses generative artificial intelligence systems; text content and images are labelled as generated. Assistants and chats on the website are labelled as AI. We send service status messages (confirmations, failed payments, changes to terms) to the account e-mail; marketing messages – only with your consent, which you can withdraw in your account or via the link in the message.
